  The staff was wonderful, the room well appointed with comfortable beds, but the crowning glory was the bathroom lighting. I was so impressed that I have decided to update my bathroom with similar features.

  Clean, friendly, well orginized and just the right amount of staff to help.

  1) One elevator was not working which made for long waits on our floor 10 2) Left my room and was comfronted by a large dog, scared me, not too mention that I would not want to stay in a room where an animal was, we were not asked if we had pets.

  I like the use of lighting to make the rooms nice and bright. However the walls could use a picture or two.

  The magnetic strip cards were flaky. I was not the only guest with card issues.

  The rooms were very clean, bright and comfortable. Lovely views. Easy walking to the town and harbour.

  Cleanliness & location. All the staff were great. I would like to have a safe in the room. It would be nice to have the use of a dressing gown as it saves a lot of space in the suite case.

  My room was a very good size with a queen bed, but the highlight was the view of the harbour and the great light coming in through the windows. When I had a few spare minutes, I was delighted to relax in the sun on my chaise longue, with the balcony door wide open to get the fresh air.
